Tennessee merchants will be required to provide us will a sales tax certificate from the State of Tennessee according to Tennessee sales tax law.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We will ship most of our in-stock merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges will be $10.00 for your first five books and $2.00 for each additional five books. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total number of books shipped to each delivery address. Ground service takes 5-10 business days. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Cool Springs Press within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us for return instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
